Ohinewai Steel teamed up with PJM Project Management and
Watchman Residential to fabricate and supply portal frames for Te Ra Fields, a
16-hectare housing development in Ngongotaha, Rotorua.
Stage 1a focuses on delivering 36 community and Iwi housing
units in partnership with Emerge Aotearoa and Home in Place, addressing housing
shortages in the region.
Ohinewai Steel efficiently fabricated, delivered, and
installed the portal frames using our Hiab truck, ensuring quality and
competitive costs.
