Sleepyhead Ohinewai Buildings 2 & 3
Building on seven years of successful collaboration with NZ Comfort Group, Ohinewai Steel was contracted by Lobell Construction to install the 400-tonne superstructure for Buildings 2 and 3 in the Sleepyhead Estate development in Ohinewai.
This 7500sqm project involved the unloading of steel beams and their installation using our 25T Tadano crane, in conjunction with an 80T crawler crane.
Our team successfully completed this project on time while coordinating efforts with other contractors on site.
