Hinemoa Apartments, Hamilton
Ohinewai Steel teamed up with Orb Project Management to
fabricate and supply structural steel for the Hinemoa Apartment project in
Hamilton, developed by the Brian Perry Charitable Trust.
The Hinemoa Apartments consist of two buildings and feature
42 modern one- and two-bedroom entry-level apartments, each with a private
balcony. The construction utilized the innovative Stackcell concrete wall
system.
Our team not only handled the fabrication and delivery of
the structural steel but also coordinated surface protection and provided on-site
welding and fitment.
